High pressure jet washers do come with standard accessories which usually includes a 8 to 10 mtrs long high pressure hose, a Gun, and at least one Lance with a spray nozzle.
But some times its really required to have optional accessories that can aid in specific types of application. Here I am listing below all the accessories that are available in market.
Sand Blasting Lance Kit
Sandblasting lance kit is greatly used for sand blasting tasks, such as, removing paint, dirt, and marks from walls/ floors, & even helps removing rust from steel, vehicle parts, & industrial items. Sandblasting kit is also useful for removing graffiti from various wall surface.
Suction Water Kit
Suction water kit turns your regular high pressure washer into a light duty water pump for projects that require water removal. Attach it to your spray gun and it is ready to go.

Twister or PowerScrub or Patio cleaner is a great accessory for surface cleaning without splashing the water. The smaller version i.e. the patio cleaners are especially good for cleaning inside floor or walls of a house or a commercial premises These also come in Industrial versions where the scrub size is around 18"-20" and are mainly used along with much powerful high pressure washers. These are mostly used for washing large areas such as roads, foot paths, large industrial floors, etc.
